STEPHEN
GREAK
CHAIRMAN
Stephen is Managing Director of Winston Family Investments. He has been instrumental in development and management of the portfolio companies. These companies include oil field services; transportation of crude, water and nitrogen, saltwater disposal, coil tubing, pressure control, oil field lodging, frac sand processing and solid wood products manufacturing, as well as commercial real estate investments. Prior to his promotion to Managing Director in 2013, Mr. Greak was the Chief Financial Officer of the portfolio and was responsible for the overall financial management, financial reporting, treasury management, tax, and long-range planning.
Before joining Winston Family Investments in 2008, Mr. Greak founded Greak and Associates, PC in 1998. The firm offered financial planning, tax preparation and accounting services to individuals and companies throughout East Texas.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Commercial Bank of Texas, NA, City of Lufkin–Economic Development Committee and East Texas Behavioral Resources.
Mr. Greak is an Eagle Scout, 1992 graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a B.B.A. degree and received his Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1997. His memberships include Texas Society of Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and State Board Public Accountancy–Texas.
Mr. Greak is an instrument rated pilot and has been flying for over twenty years. He and his wife, Julianne, have two teenage daughters and reside in Lufkin, Texas.

ZEMLAK
PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, DIRECTOR
Warren has served as BJ’s Chief Executive Officer and a Director since January 2017. With more than 34 years of experience, Warren has held various senior leadership and executive roles in operations, technology, and manufacturing related to cementing, hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing, artificial lift, and completion services.
Prior to BJ, Warren served as Chief Operating Officer at Sanjel Corporation. Prior to Sanjel, Warren held various North American and International assignments with Schlumberger for 21 years, most recently as Vice President – Well Services – North America. Warren’s operational and technical expertise has resulted in multiple innovations including patents related to reservoir stimulation, subsea intervention, and drilling technology. Warren currently serves as a Director-at-Large for the Energy Workforce and Technology Council.

GORADIA
DIRECTOR
Vijay Goradia is the Founder and Chairman of Vinmar International, a global distributor of Chemicals and Polymers with presence in over 100 countries.
He has several other investments in manufacturing assets that produce different chemicals, polymers and synthetic rubber.
He is also the Chairman of Lion Elastomers, which produce polymers and chemicals and, of Goradia Capital which is involved in private equity investments.
In recognition of his entrepreneurial success, Vijay received the US E&Y Master Entrepreneur Of The Year Award.
Vijay sits on the International Trade Advisory Committee of the US Department of Commerce.
DUSTIN
BAILEY
DIRECTOR
Mr. Bailey is an executive and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of investing, financing, M&A, and operating experience across the energy, environmental, industrial, and other commodity-oriented subsectors. Since 2017, Mr. Bailey has served as the Managing Partner and CEO for High Roller Group (“HRG”), an operational holding company that manages and provides venture capital investments to over 20 active portfolio companies across multiple industry segments.
Mr. Bailey primarily focuses on business development activities, sourcing and financing new transactions, participating in the evaluation and negotiation of potential investments or exits, and assists portfolio companies in establishing long term strategic directives. Mr. Bailey graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
DANIEL
SHRIBMAN
DIRECTOR
Dan Shribman is Chief Investment Officer of B. Riley Financial where he oversees the asset base alongside Co-Chief Executive Officer Bryant Riley. The portfolio consists of several wholly owned operating businesses in addition to cash and investments that have grown from $500 million to over $2.5 billion during Shribman's tenure. The investment mandate is wide and includes both debt and equity in public and private markets. In virtually all investments, B. Riley Financial is involved at the board level and active in business and capital allocation decisions. Shribman has worked in close collaboration with management teams and boards to maximize shareholder value in the form of operational turnarounds, capital market financing and communication, and capital deployment initiatives.
Shribman has served as a member of the board of directors of premium industrial and construction equipment and services provider Alta Equipment Group Inc. (NYSE: ALTG) since February 2020, of data-driven media company Arena Group Holdings (NYSE: AREN) since June 2021, of blank-check company AltEnergy Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: AEAE) since November 2021 and of lifestyle, esports and media platform FaZe Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: FAZE) since July 2022. Shribman also serves as a board observer or at the board level of several private companies.
Prior to joining B. Riley, Shribman was a Portfolio Manager at a special situation asset manager with over $15 billion in assets under management. During his tenure, he led investments in dozens of public and private opportunities across the general industrials, transportation, automotive, aerospace, gaming, hospitality, and real estate industries. These investments ranged from public equities and bonds to deeply distressed securities, par bank debt, minority owned private equity, and majority owned private equity. Previously, he worked at a private equity firm and in the restructuring advisory group at Lazard Freres. Shribman holds an AB in Economics and History from Dartmouth.

DANNER
DIRECTOR
Wes is Director of Strategic Implementation for Winston Family Investments. In 2017, Wes started with the Winston Family as the fixed asset accountant and controller of multiple investments. He has since worked with all Family investments that range from oil field services, frac sand manufacturing, sawmill construction and operations, specializing on debt offers, M&A, FP&A, and new strategic opportunities. As part of his daily focus, Wes strives to increase efficiencies across all businesses operated out of the Family office by reducing downtime and rework through leveraging the knowledge of the key entrepreneurs in the portfolio.
Before joining the Winston Family, Wes worked in assurance for Ernst & Young in San Diego from 2014 – 2017 where he obtained his CPA and primarily focused on defense contractors and real estate investments.
Mr. Danner graduated from University of San Diego in 2014 with his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Masters of Science in Accountancy, and Masters of Science in Taxation.
CHARLES (CHARLIE)
LEYKUM
DIRECTOR
Charlie Leykum founded CSL Capital Management, LP (“CSL Capital”) in 2008. CSL Capital is an SEC-registered investment advisory firm based in Houston, TX, with a strategy focused on private investments and business building in energy services and manufacturing companies. Since its inception, CSL Capital has raised approximately $2.0 billion in equity capital and commitments and through its funds, has made de novo, growth capital, recapitalization, and distressed investments.
Before founding CSL Capital, Mr. Leykum worked at Soros Fund Management LLC, which he joined in 2004 as an Investment Professional covering energy and a number of other industries for the Quantum Endowment Fund. Mr. Leykum was promoted to Portfolio Manager, where he managed a portfolio of energy and basic materials investments.
Mr. Leykum graduated with an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and with a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University. Prior to entering Harvard Business School, Mr. Leykum worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Principal Investments Area and also in the Leveraged Finance Group within the Investment Banking Division.
Mr. Leykum serves on the board of several public and private companies, has served on the board of the Greater Houston Partnership, and currently serves on the Columbia College Alumni Association. Mr. Leykum resides in Houston, TX, with his wife Elizabeth and their three children.
